does anyone know who is taking over stafford leisure centre yet, and who is going to be running stone leisure centre?

Incompetent enough to end up with a much smaller leisure centre shoehorned on to a space that doesn't have enough parking so that patrons park on a nearby supermarket car park.

Strictly speaking it will be a Charitable Trust, so should be non-profit-making.

How this will affect prices/service provision very much remains to be seen...

As I have said before, organisations with the word "Trust" in their title may not always engender trust in the long run.

For what shall it profit a man who is the Managing Director of a large Charitable Trust, if he shall gain the whole Leisure & Culture portfolio of Stafford Borough Council, and lose his own soul?
