Anyone looking for property to buy in Stafford....
Just seen on mouse price that the new flats on Mill Bank by the Coach and Horses have been reduced as follows:
2 bedroom, was £139,950 now £120,000 = 14% reduction
3 x 1 bedrooms:
1 = was £122,500 now £110,000
1 = was £117,000 now £105,000
1 = was £110,000 now £99,950
Before anyone says, I am not necessarily saying that they are good value for money even at the reduced prices, they might be, they might not....
Just though it might interest some.
