....the only one I can see coming of is the nice bit of the civic centre for the councilers to sit on, while laughing about how they've screwed us all over.

i can categorically assure you that not all the councillors look upon these developments favourably and certainly wont be laughing if it goes ahead as planned.

...the Gatehouse...I'd like to prioritise more leg room and comfier seats - cause every time I go to the Gatehouse I get a sore bottom.

I'll second that....we went to see Lee Evans there last night, and whilst it was brilliant, I now have a painful posterior.
