E&S sez it's sprung a leak on an upper floor and they haven't got a ladder long enough to reach, But don't worry because all the work is covered by warranty, so it only cost the taxpayer £40m plus whatever it costs to keep Stafford's collection of empty buildings.

Performance art embedded within the fabric of the architectural experience.

That's very beautiful, man.

I have been told that the county have a tennant for the whole of one of these buildings. Council will all migrate into one of the buildings before May.

New tennant has not been announced but will move in before June this year

Pretty sure most council staff have already moved or are working from home while renovations are done so they can move in. Not enough desks to people so lots of working from home going forward.

Can’t wait to find out who on earth has decided to take the whole other building.

The ivory towers built to make huge savings even though they weren't needed. I wonder how much they really cost teh taxpayer?
I believe the question you are looking for is:
"Did Staffordshire County Council overvalue its old properties (that were to be sold off), against the advice of its own officers, to justify the funding of Staffordshire Place?"
Other questions may also be appropriate.
