Another high street where the current climate is starting to bite.

With a number of popular independents closing, a couple of which have have moved to Stafford.

Hot on the heals of hsbc closing and co-op annoucing it will close, Natwest are also closing the Stone branch in 6 months.

Shame.

As I said some months ago, Stone is also falling victim to Stafford' failure - shops which are failing in stone moving to Stafford in the hope of keeping their business going.

Stone used to be a lovely place to have a mooch and a coffee. Such a shame.

Now issues with Stone are Stafford`s fault ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

I think the 3 soon to be 4 recent Stone to Stafford moves have all very successful in the town.

2 are having a presence in both towns.

Got home from a couple of days in Berlin, i find no evidence of entry however someone has gained access to the house and had the audacity to swap everything with exact replicas.....
