Strange bloke on Beaconside

A few posts under my belt
Keep seeing some guy usually on beaconside but today on weston rd by the uni. He's usually wearing a bandana and carrying out strange karate type moves by himself.Seen him about 5 times now so I know I'm not cracking up. Anyone else seen him?

Any particular time of day? I'm round there regularly, but have never seen anything along these lines.

(It's not me.)

Seen him several times, he walks in a weird Bazil Fawlty style with his arms out.
First time I thought it was a charity type thing but obviously not.
He definitely looks weird and a bit scary.
Would love to know what he is up to.

Ah, right, I've seen him several times - usually around Gladstone Way/Sheringham Covert area.

Saw him quite a lot about a month ago. What he seems to do is walk along the white line between the cycle path and pedestrian side as if it were a tightrope, hence the arms out action.

I do wonder who really are the strange ones these days

Someone does not act in a dull and predictable way and they are seen as scary

Someone buys shares in arms manufacturers and they are seen as investors

Who should we really lock up?

Lots of sightings from lots of people, wonder whether this is the same guy:

He's been outside Scaffoldshire Place quite a lot in the past, reciting/chanting something as people go past. Has also been known to burst out into song! Have also seen the same chap doing what I thought was tai chi by the bowling green on Corporation Street. I wondered 'war veteran with combat stress'? Can look intimidating as he's not a small fellow. I try not to catch his eye and scuttle past ignoring him.

he's spoke to my wife when she was walking the dog.
he was ok, friendly enough, bit odd but she never felt uneasy

I think he's been banned from a couple of shops in the town due to his oddness
