I see that Warner Brothers are about to release a film called: "Suicide Squad".

Has it occured to anyone else that an American suicide squad might not be
the brightest of ideas ?

The Dark Knight was shown on ITV2 last night - i thought that the use of a dollar coin by Two-Face was highly insensitive in light of the fall in the exchange rate, post-Brexit.

There was no warning that there may have been scenes likely to offend - i am outraged.

Come to think of it, is the 'set up' not unentirely dissimilar to that WWII movie where they recruit prison inmates, the name of which momentarily escapes?

TBF we do appear to be entering an era in which the wall between Mega-City One and the Cursed Earth isn't fiction but actually an election promise, and the rule of 'I AM the LAW' looks like it IS the Law on the other side of the Pond.

It is beginning to look like there are no 'best of ideas'. It increasingly looks like we are out of ideas.

Luckily, the Younglings that i encounter tend not to be so down-trodden and out of hope - let us expend our energy energising them.
