I saw two people sunbathing on the pavement while driving into town today. If you're a cyclist or driver who (illegally) parks or rides on the pavement, spare a thought for these sun worshippers

As soon as the weather turns nice you see pasty, tattooed blokes with beer guts hanging out on show & muffin topped "ladies" aplenty around town. Dear God when are we due some rain?
