Wanted Tattoo artist recommendations

Youngest daughter wants a tattoo for her 21st , doesn't want anything off the shelf so would like someone with the skills to create something unique.
Bank of daddy will be paying so I don't mind paying a decent price for quality work.

Anyone have any recommendations ?

Heather, who is part owner of Blacktide, did the tattoo on the top of my left arm. I'm so happy with it, i'm going back for another asap. I know a lot of people at work who have been to Vivid Ink, never heard any complaints.
The tat on top of my right arm was done by Raymondos in Stone - opposite Langtreys/ The Bridge Inn.

I can vouch for Heather at Blacktide. She's done all of my more recent ones and some of them she did free hand. She's very artistic and very good!

Where you go will depend on what you want doing, very few people specialise in multiple styles.

Can't comment on quality but there is also a place opposite halfords and one in the old bagnalls I believe?

Further afield I know a good one in Cannock, but again really depends on the style required.

I believe that there may also be one in St Mary's churchyard, just round the back of the Bird in Hand, possibly.
