I'll vouch for Dez at Dezign, has done me some cover up work exactly as I wanted it and mostly freehand. Also can vouch for Alisha at Ambience, did some stuff for my eldest and it's pukka.
Dez also managed to work some magic and get the ink to stick into some old scar tissue which apparently is a feat unto itself.
