Terminator 4

now, i know what you're thinking: "terminator 4 "

but, apparently christian bale is on board to play the part of john connor! don't know about you, but i'm quite a fan of bale, and i don't think he's done a bad film to date.. the fact he's signed up suggests to me that the franchise may well have some mileage.. especially seeing as it's supposed to be the first in a new trilogy!

what about equilibrium? to be fair it was reasonably enjoyable...... maybe. nah, it was aces!
true, it wasn't great.. but it certainly wasn't a travesty.. i'm not saying every film he has done is an oscar winner (*cough* reign of fire *cough*) but he has defo been in some pearlers (*cough* the machinist *cough*) and i can't think of any of his films that i'd categorise as "bad" :raise:

edit: unless you don't mean bad meaning bad but bad meaning good, in which case that's a whole different kettle o' fish :v:

Astro Boy

Pocket Rocket
i know - this should hopefully get the franchise back on track, seeing as 'rise of the machines' was more of a star vehicle for an aging arnie than a chapter in an odyssey.

anyone been watching the sarah connor chronicles? havent seen them mself and am wondering how they fit into / contribute to the overall terminator story.
