    Lightly sauteed with pommes frites and rondelles d'oignon. Guaranteed Michelin Star I'd say.

    Meanwhile in other news, our neighbours down the road from where we are on holiday at the moment have invited us to an actual 2 Michelin Star restaurant tomorrow evening.

    Nom nom...

    I will of course report back with a comparison to the Bank House.

    It's been a couple of weeks since it's changed it's name, but I now see it's updated it's social media to 'Bank house grill'

    I heard that the business is has now been taken over by someone else (possibly the person who was running the bar side of things?) and Chef Jonathan is now only involved as landlord.

    Will they still be pursuing the certainty of a Michelin Star?

    Or maybe on some of the less important issues like actually being open at the times people want to eat?
