I've associated the song with the word "Corona" ever since "Nine Coronas" in the 1990s.

17394AC6-6DD4-4136-8BD4-D3F90A1F1C9B.jpeg Just popped into the Tesco Express on the Stone Road and the idiot customers in there showed no semblance of social distancing or following the direction arrows.

Whilst there I spotted they had Adnams Ghost Ship pale ale so I purchased 3 off bottles of said drink.

Unfortunately in my haste to exit the shop I seem to have purchased the child version of the drink. Oh well it is a school night after all :)

0.5% !!! … I'd do what Donald Trump does. Top it up with Domestos, or Dettol … or if you're really daring … Harpic. :teef:

Luckily I have some bottles of the adult version of Ghost Ship which is 4.5% so I may try mixing the two (beers not Domestos).

In recent weeks I've been drinking more of this stuff than I should. Unfortunately it has a strange side effect: after a few glasses you get the urge to put on two cross chested bandoliers of large calibre ammunition (for a gun that would normally be mounted in an aircraft wing,) put on a sombrero about the same diameter as a bicycle wheel and confront people on remote footpaths and say: "Hey gringo, you're my friend." :P

Just got my first ever segment record while running. OK, only out of 177 people, but I'm still the fastest! :xd:

Just (jokingly) told minime that she's grounded for making the house smell of burnt pancakes...

Grounded! (she's not left the house for 10 weeks now).
