Lodged for a bit a while back with a very nice land lady. She'd just finished getting the house just so and celebrated by having friends round for a suitable house warming. There was much drinking of red wine. And much of her friend vomitting near pure red wine over her nice new cream carpet.

Just found this, looking for something else. On Good Friday '78, when Santana was playing the Showground, the Vibrators were playing the Poly canteen - and it was a cheap spirits night. So, obviously, we were on quadruple Southern Comforts, to avoid wasting time in the queue. I remember most of the first half of the night, including the nice policeman suggesting that we eased it off a bit. I woke up very slowly the next morning, shivering, and with a throbbing, roaring noise in my head. The ceiling in my room was primrose yellow, but when I risked opening one eye I could only see blue. I tried the other - still blue. I panicked and decided I'd got to get help before my vision went altogether. So I forced myself to open both eyes - and then the branches of the tree came into focus. I was lying at the side of the Tixall Road, where the 30 limit sign is, and the noise was the traffic going past. So I got up and went home...

I was 17, living in Barbados and a gang of us decided to hit the Jolly Roger cruise boat, we got on at 9.00am dont know what time we got off but all I can really remember was finding myself back at the yacht club, sitting under a running tap and then later on falling asleep on top of a load of sailing dinghy rudder's in a locker. I had a very stiff back!

Also, had a bit of a garden party last year bbq the works, the neighbours thought it would be funny to mix my drinks for me needless to say I was a physical wreck couldnt stand, woke up at 11am the next day still very drunk and was quite bad.......Ive hardly touched the stuff since lol

Too many to mention although there was one occasion after leaving the grapes I attempted to jump the road barrier (back of old Tesco) and fell next thing I remember it was daylight, my mate had gone and I was flat out on the grass,I started to be sick and (like got a quid)got really scared co's it was red, I later remembered I was drinking cherry B and cider (leg over). I also remember going to an all night party on the Newport rd. On the way home I decided to stop at pitcher bank for a bus. I remember it was when Motorhead, girls school etc were on at Bingley Hall and loads were waiting for a bus. I ledged on the window sill of the british legion thinking that I will never get on the bus. The next thing I was being woken by an old lady asking if I was okay. Everyone had gone, don't know how long I had been there. Must have looked a right tramp. There have been far worse but I don't want to give the wrong impression.
