I attended the Floodgate for only the second time last night. I found it all to be a little loud, though this was largely down to one customer causing others to feel that they needed to shout over him.
It was rather difficult to converse - I used to find the same problem in Number 15, they are both rather 'hard' buildings with little audio damping. It was a Friday night and I don't usually venture out on Friday/Saturday evenings, in general.

No, early/mid 20s. He went out for twenty minutes and it subsided to just above reasonable levels - then he came back.
