Very sad indeed
That's horrible news.
My thoughts are with Andy and the rest of the family.
I went passed the floodgate yesterday and it's still closed.
I can't imagine what the family are going through. Life can be so cruel.
I believe the bar will re-open this evening
No. 7 is open tonight I've heard.
It's great to hear that the bars are both open. I will be there tomorrow night.
Enjoyed the Russian Hill earlier, great to have it back......
Was Andy or Joe working last night? I will be in tonight. I've got no idea what I'm going to say to them both. I'm terrible with knowing the right words to say. It's just sh*t.
There is no right thing to say. Nothing you can say can make things any better. Just being there, being yourself and behaving normally is the best you can do.
Neither Andy or Joe on the bar last night....
I went to floodgate on Friday night. The pub was very busy and the quality of beer was superb as usual.
I did pass on my very best wishes to Andy and the family via the two lovely bar staff working.
Was in briefly myself.
I'm going to try and finish early on Friday, so I can drop by the wake.
I'm told it's a 10 minute stroll from Stoke station
I can't make Friday. I hope the day goes aswell as it can do.
Yeah, it's not far. Near Pilgrims Pit I believe?
Another arts type space, Stoke has a few of them.
It would appear it has one less
