Cycled out to Burston and back for a late breakfast. Felt justified in having a pudding.....

Test run for a loaded vehicle today, stopped to inspect and refuel.

Chicken in white wine sauce, as the weather was quite summery.

More substantial than it might look from the picture.

It really was the ultimate 60s theme pub today - Monkees LP on the Tannoy and, from 'my seat', only three things to give away that it was nearly fifty years since Neil Armstrong stood on the Moon - the four-way adaptor strip for the mantelpiece lights, a thermoelectric fan on the stove and a uPVC window.

I almost expected to go outside and find a car park full of Morris Oxfords.

Nice to see the veggies in a different order across the plate but still CPCP possibly to avoid dishing up confusion in the kitchen.

It's a little known fact the the cauliflower is actually not a vegetable but a mammal , the courgette is a fruit and a carrot was once purple
