I don't think anywhere is 100% wonderful: I don't walk around with rose tinted glasses on. But given as you have started the thread, where do you think IS 100% wonderful and why? What would Stafford need to do to be 100% wonderful in your eyes? I'm genuinely interested to know what could be different to make it better as you want.

In a nut shell, kick everyone's arse into shape in a fun way and bring with me a healthy lifestyle change to help people understand what they're doing to their bodies as well as having their treats too.

*Herbalife? Massive calorie deficit containing 46g sugar nearly 2 cans of coke, also chemically enhanced. Which believe it or not you will gain more weight in the long run as you'll only lose water weight then it'll eat away at your muscle mass... Cutting carbs you're loosing natural sugars and water weight.

*Juice plus? Horse shit anyone can sell it.. and offers the same as what a decent multi vit and mineral suplement contains. All it does is bridge the gap with a chemically enhanced pill.
