Red Lion is open again today, I believe.
Yes - roads are now clear and our deliveries have made it into the village
Recently had a meal here.
Ordered: Apulian mushrooms on toast and the Grilled tomatoes, fresh avocado and pesto on sour dough.
Followed by Vegan ‘pulled pork’ style burger, sweet potato fries, slaw and the Butternut squash, spinach and chick pea curry, coconut rice, naan.
I wanted to try the 'To-fish' and chips but it was either sold out or off the menu.
I'll just have to go back some other time.
All in all, lovely place to go, great food and the staff were nice.
We're planning a visit, probably one lunchtime.
We had our wedding reception there 35 years ago, and as we've not been there for maybe 25 years, it's about time we went back.
I've been wanting to try the Red Lion in Bradley for a while, Hopefully be going there end of this week for a birthday meal. Looking forward to it
From a pub facing closure to being listed as an asset of community value with the support of the Parish Council & CAMRA and now recently winning both recognition from CAMRA as pub of the season & Michelin Plate award, I’d say The Red Lion is starting to regain its #ROAR
Well done team Lewis!
Not open to the public this evening - staff jolly, I believe.
My mate who lives in Bradley reckons this pub is for sale, has anyone seen it advertised for sale?
They're certainly getting rid of their assets if so...
My understanding was that the Moat and Dog hotels only were being retained
But I'm not even in the country now so I maybe out of touch
Not being offered by the agents who are handling the Bank House, and haven't spotted it elsewhere. Wouldn't surprise me though
He must be at least close to the time you'd like to let go, no?
We don't go on for ever.
It could be worth bearing this in mind for when some sort of normality returns.
