A new Chinese firerworks shop opened on Newport road nearby the Cinema and Tesco store, next door to the barber shop.

WXUK - nice to know of a new fireworks shop, however it is frowned upon to use this forum just for advertising purposes, but more acceptable if you take part in discussions. If you are keen to see your advert remain on here, then I'd suggest taking part in some of the other threads, and maybe introducing yourself to the rest of us. Otherwise your post may self destruct in 10... 9... 8... 7... 6... ;)

Hmmm, I see what you're saying Shoes. But if it's Chinese Fireworks as in Chinese operating the business, then it's possibly the best English I've seen to date. ;)

Big thanks for everyone who has replied to my post, and special thanks to shoes for the straight and honest comments to my website. I will amend that message, it does sound a bit cowboy?!

we sell many chinese foods as well in the same shop, any one fancy chinese foods, come and have a look around, special discounts on fireworks for all members here who replied to my post, but you have to remind me.

I think i'll pop into your shop and have a look at some of the displays on your tv, might be interested in some of your products for a mini display in my garden. if i have access to it by then, that is.

Thank you for taking the time to come back and read the responses to your thread, wxuk, and taking the "constructive" criticism onboard. Many local businesses simply post an advert, then bugger off, never to be seen again! Glad to see you're at least interested in what people have to say. :)

Have we not discussed the new "Chinese" shop on Newport Road near to the Cinema yet?

The main thing they are selling at the moment is fireworks but I think they sell Chinese food ingredients too... anyone popped in yet?
