Tooth extraction.

Tooth extraction is way better than root canal treatment through the gum! I had 4 front teeth done at the pre appointment the Dentist said it would be ok I'll put you out?
The day came and he gave me injections and proceeded? An incision through the gum loads of drilling and filling! "Your not looking too good ?" says he I'll put you out. What? I thought that was the plan? Anyway he finished up and I was escorted home for 4 days recouperation with two black eyes!!!

Don't ask about eye surgery!!!

Hi I smashed my phone so sorry for delay.
Well I had to go again as the abcess got worse so given another prescription of antibiotics. It burst that night when I was half asleep...
Anyway dentist was syced up to take it out. Numb cream and a little bit of Diazepam did the trick. I heard the cracking and thought it was the metal out bit no he took it all out in one go. It was far less painless than I ever thought it would be. But I was desperate for it to go after 8 weeks of pain. He was brilliant. Now I have a gaping home in the back of my mouth. But hey ho I'm cured. Thank you

I’ve gone through 2 months of constant toothache due to Eastgate Dental Practice (now known as Oriel) ignoring problem I had with a tooth - I had to wait to have a hospital appointment for it to be taken out. Left them, had paid over £320 per year for poor service. Who I have been with for past 2 years had to replace my front crown, also found infection plus other issues so had to have an extraction (2nd I’ve had) - for around 2 years before I was with an NHS Dentist on Greengate Street who ignored problems. You have to be careful, both NHS & private dentists can be ignorant.

Most dentists are little more than scam artists - if you find one who is genuinely competent, then you are very lucky.

I have a wisdom tooth extraction tomorrow and I can't calm down... I'm afraid that there will be complications and I will have severe swelling... I hope everything goes well!

I have put this request on Facebook, but is anywhere taking on NHS patients in Stafford.
I'm taking way more Paracetamol than I know is medically suggested, pain is terrible, I know I should have gone well before Christmas, but I'm a 9ct gold plated coward when it comes to Dentists.

Morphine's far better than Paracetamol but I believe not readily available.

You could try the one at town end of Friars Terrace. They were taking on new patients last year.
