travelling through time!!

Hi everyone, I have just looked at my laptop clock, quite surprised to see the 10 o'clock news starting at 22:23!! After checking another clock, I now realise that my laptop clock seems to have gone forward! Would explain why this morning, I was so early for work too! Anyone know how this could happen?! And no, my bf has not changed it for a laugh! Thanks in advance.

Simple, you can be in be in two times in one place but not two places at the same time, hope this helps if not then go back to sleep........

If your laptop is anything like a desktop there will be a small internal battery that keeps the date, they last for years, if that has gone the time would reset when disconnected from the mains. Not sure if laptops have that battery though.

My pc often changes to Indian time when i am online

I realise that it has probablt been ' taken over' but as yet I have done nothing about it seeing as i quite like spending time in India and none of our sheep have been rustled either

A faulty system battery would cause the time to go backwards though and not forwards.

Is the date correct?
