Not sure if I agree with trip adviser from a recommendation only point of view, after all it's only an opinion and as we all know we have different ones of those at times. Some people enjoy being miserable and are never happy unless complaining and I sometimes think that some of the reviews on there are exactly that. I tend to go somewhere if I like the look off and if it's good I'll go again, if it doesn't deliver I just take my business elsewhere, I like to Think of it like the Indian restaurants in town we all have our favourite, but it won't be the same favourite for everyone, so who is right and who is wrong? However regarding poor service then that is different, if something is going to cost me an arm and leg then I want to be met with a warm welcome,if this isn't the case then I can understand why people would feel grieved and feel the need to complain, but at the same time I don't enjoy someone loitering around my table asking me if everything's fine every two minutes, it's a bad as an irritating fly buzzing around your head.
