    I completely misread your description and was puzzled as to why you would advertise a house with a flat cap. Re-reading it made a lot more sense!!

    .. a flat cap could be provided, if that would sway your decision..

    Sadly, no.

    This thread is from over a year ago, the people that rented it as a result are just moving out and I signed up the next victims only last night.

    It's no problem.


    Not in the immediate future, there might be a biggish flat on Wolverhampton Road, but it is at least some months away yet.
