The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is the one that runs the Royal Stoke University Hospital and Stafford's County Hospital.

What report doesn't say is that the so called financial experts are actually to the large part nhs staff from other trusts in wealthier areas of the country that have managed their monies better - probably because wealthier people are usually healthier in general - so now their trusts will suffer as they lose key staff

And so it goes

Every time you hear of special measures or an inquiry it means that the very best staff are removed from their jobs and dragged into another witch hunt.

Bit like ofsted really. You think any real teaching gets done during an inspection? Sod that, everyone rolls out their most polished lesson plans regardless of what the kids need to learn. The place pretty much shuts down for a week, and if they aren't happy they come back more often!

The results are bollox too, the college was graded down in the last inspection due to previous management decisions despite said management being gone and them stating we're improving now. Why bother coming in at all?
