a gang of 4 youths has been smashing bottles in the lanes and have smashed all the windows in two old farmhouses near to the above areas. police aware I believe. each time they have been spotted there are always 4 of them.

Sorry to sound old, but back in my day a clip round the ear and the threat of telling your parents was enough to stop scallywags in their tracks.

It was shame beyond belief for the police to knock on your door.

Nowadays, no respect for anyone else, property or authority.
