It is indeed - the placing of the reinforcing structure under the old bridge on Victoria Road was a textbook project, done with little disruption or disfigurement of the original bridge - but, I can find no record of it happening.
Does your camera not have a flash?
Spend a lot of time under bridges?
Get on with it.
