I have a few, kind of depends on your purpose? Lately I just use my work one, which is Private Internet Access. I have a dedicated IP so I can access anywhere and still be recognised by the work servers.

Yes, they were in Uttoxeter but now up on the tech park. I've been using them for a long time now, and had a few grand back off them.
PIA will give you a large number of countries to appear to be in, but more sophisticated companies can tell that you're using a VPN because of the IP range you're using. Like I said, it depends on your purpose. If it's for streaming content etc. then a vpn may not be enough, but I may have better advice if I better understand your reasons. Feel free to PM me if you'd rather not discuss openly.
