    Im after a cheap laptop or pc not got much money needs tobe internet ready needed to start my degree

    depending on your budget you can have this for £299.00 all you need is a monitor

    ah... have you tried the cash convertors or cash generator shop in town? they might have some pc or laptop or even netbooks

    I'm afraid you wont get much for £50, a second hand monitor will set you back half of that. Your best bet is probably an older laptop, like a P4 or an old centrino.

    Have you tried stafford-computing they might have some computers that are reasonably priced, who knows tho

    They might give you £50 for an old one but would try and sell it back to you for £500
