Wanted: Someone to put down a Concrete Base for a Shed

I'm looking for someone to dig out and put down a concrete base (9 feet by 9 feet) for a shed. Obviously, I'm looking for a reasonable price, but most important is finding someone who will do a good job.

Any recommendations?

Not thought of doing it yourself? Just dig a square to the required depth and fill with concrete, drag a long plank across the top to level it. Or just slab it? Unless you want it raised?
