They're ripping the place apart now, down to the bare concrete from what I could see. Also noticed a sign advertising a nearly new boiler for sale, and one for a safe was there the other week, both items you'd want to keep if you were re-opening. Possible change of use on the cards?

If you can get either of the welsh ones I promise to visit every night after work for 2 weeks, I know that doesn't clear a crate but its a minimum of 10 you'll sell. I do miss the gold medal!

If you like welsh cider maybe you could try Hallets. I have been inebriated on several occasions in the past few weeks with the owners brother, the produce has won several awards and business is doing well.
