Are you a Heart Internet Reseller, cos the packages look familiar? That isn't a criticism, as Heart (and the Reseller I usually use) have generally been great. Reselling is the way to go these days anyway.

I just quoted someone £250 for a wordpress based thing with a bespoke template and logo design (etc) with 24 months hosting and .co.uk, mobile site (via wordpress plugin).

Your quote if it really was a bespoke skin is very reasonable, Wordpress is something i dont really touch though myself.

The CSS class references, the folder structure, the javascript everything is littered with WP references all over the place.

No i haven't tried that , if i am honest it would be beyond my skill set, i have used PHPBB2 and 3 and PHPNUKE in the past though.

Have you? Do you still have all your hair? If so, you are exceptionally lucky. I had the hair of a klingon warrior when i started it.
I did a hell of a lot of work on mine, but bits of it sort of got co-opted into something else and i ditched most of it apart from the user handling, post rankings and messaging. Bits of it got tagged into ye olde stafford forum version, until a fallout with my hosting provider put an end to it.

yes i have started to build one, slowly getting there, but still got loads of work to do on it. I still have hair... Just barely. Soon I will look like chairman mao and I wont be able to pull of that look
