What was going on this afternoon

Does anyone know what was going on at 3 o'clock on Fairway today. Whilst on my way to pick up my children from school I passed an Ambulance and paramedic car on the bridge and saw them running down the path along the river toward riverway. One of the mums later arrived at the school and said that she heard the paramedic say 'I think we need the police for this one' and saw a body lying face down in a ditch to the side of the path. When I passed on the way back there was now a fire engine and police cars and my son said they're carrying something? Does anyone know anything about this and who the 'body' could be?
