I did Cheese and bacon potato pie this evening. 2 inch thick layer of cheddar and red leicester on the top, about a pound of each mixed in with the spuds. Youngest came home and was hoping to get Tuna Pasta bake - tough.
Sounds Bostin'.

Toad in the hole tonight, but I've just realised the pumpkin I was roasting as an accompaniment is still in the oven.

After two busy days and many miles covered, (at least one personal best broken) really can't be arsed to cook so it's Sainsbugs firecracker chicken fillets, Lidl tartiflette potatoes (surprisingly good) and an as yet undecided veg. Currently enjoying a couple of pints. Crackers, port and stinky cheese on the horizon for later.
