What's for dinner/tea?

Fish bake , mash , carrots & peas for dinner. Jacket spud with cheese for tea.

Then craving pancakes , and supposed to be getting back on my strict diet again tomorrow, just had to do myself 3 pancakes to get the craving out of my system before then...

Just had a gingerbread yoghurt for pudding. Quite strange but nice.

Tried a new recipe last night, Cod cassoulet. Mrs A.N.T. was not overly impressed (too much sauce & Chorizo, not enough beans apparently!). Tonight's roast Turkey dinner & profiteroles (not together of course!) have been more well received. The wine of choice tonight was a Gruner Vetliner.

Veg Stew. Took me hours to prepare , especially with blanching the rest of the veg and making loads of stewpacks to freezer for future use.

Celebrating Vaccine day with a very early 5pm tea of Pappa John's pizza, cheese filled jalapeño poppers & double garlic butter dip.

Washed down with an early G&T.

We should have had tea at 4pm as Tony's Ices has just been past jingling his bells & I was still eating pizzza.... Really feel like I've missed out now!

Went to Aberdeen today to take the cat for a pre-op check up (sniperty snip!)

Went to Macdonald's as we haven't had a takeaway in almost 3 months!

Actually really enjoyed it but my belly has gurgled all day and I really don't feel like tea!

They were my ex in laws but all passed away now, sadly.

They lived in Buckie on the Murray Firth coast and we used to go through Huntly if we drove up.

About 9 hours unless you take the east coast route through England instead of turning left at Scotch corner as we once did when living near Sheffield.

It was a beautiful drive but took hours longer than it should have.
