BBQ tonight kebab style, mainly veg but a few lamb and a few sausages.

But first wine, because it has been a long day.

Tonight was 'Use it up night' so we raided the fridge and ate leftovers on crackers!

A good number of pickled onions were consumed!

Red Thai Chicken Curry, using red Thai paste and coconut milk (you can tell I'm cooking after a 5.30am get up for work) I added onions, baby corn and mangtout, and we had this with plain rice.

I never can find a authentic Thai side dish, any suggestions?

I half-heard a bit on the radio today about some sort of recipe.

BBQ. Wrong night for it but nice to have a socially distant evening with a few friends. Thank goodness for our carport that can't store any cars to keep us dry.

I think theirs started with a few friends in the garden , 2 hours and many beers later it sounded like a rave party.

I was gonna gate crash but I was too fat to climb over the hedge :P

Was a friend's birthday so we went to theirs and had a few drinks.

Technically I think I had tequila for tea...

    Regretting it sorely now...

Planned a barbecue, bottled it due to unpredictable weather. Had a few ciders. Mrs T and boy have gone to Eccy to pick up a takeaway.

In my drunken slumber I actually drempt about a full English!

My brain has actually put together a list of things I needed to pick up in preparation!

I recently discovered potato waffles were vegan and so haven't looked back since!

They really complete a full English!
