Mixture of Wat Wok (Thai food) and some of our own cooking.
Seven year old loves roast duck in pancakes from Farmfoods and spring rolls.

Today I channelled my inner Phyllis Nan Sortain "Primrose" Pechey - That's Fanny Craddock to you lot. I did a gorgeous roast dinner, beef, potatoes all contained in one of Aunt Bessies big yorkie puds and topped with Bistos best gravy. I don't half know how to push the boat out! I even managed to fill the enormous cavern, known as the youngests stomach!

If it ever cooks... Roast chicken, roast potatoes & carrots, cauliflower cheese & red cabbage, Yorkshire pud & gravy.

The carrots are only in there as they need using up.

    Victoria jammy sponge for afters.

Sausages and mash last night with home(van)made red onion gravy!

Not sure what the husband did but the mash was extra good!

Pasta with pea and spinach sauce, fresh tomatoes and a garlic crumb for tonight!

Last night was chili bean con carne!

Husband likes tortilla chips crunched on top of his - but he scoffed them all last week so he got jalapenos instead!

I find a diced medium sized sweet potato goes well in a bean chilli.

You can't have tortilla chips in the house and expect them to be there a week later! :munch:

Mushroom Tagliatelle and garlic bread tonight.

Fresh Tiramisu for afters. Or fruit salad for the vegan.

Nice drop of Slater's Haka to go with it.
