Was not aware of yet another housing development nor that Marston Gate farm had been flattened for it:

I guess it means there will be no more cows on Stafford Common?

The hedges were netted in the spring and went fairly soon thereafter - it's been a mudbath most of the time since.

I wonder if they'll take the opportunity to straighten up Marston Lane/Common Road again - to remove the staggered crossing they created when Beaconside was extended - if they put lights there, it would make sense...

Frequent bus service from Parkside Avenue!!!

Probably was when they applied for planning permission. Wonder if this will reinstate some evening services by the "far sighted" subsidy providers and bus companies?

£80k for a new swimming pool, sports hall an 3G pitch is going to go a long way isn't it?

And no mention of HS2 being within a gentle stroll, just follow the diggers for the next ten years to find it.
