Just a notice to you all that I have done away with my £30 fixed fee as from 27/12/14
To make things a little fairer, there are now 2 cheaper services for the much quicker repairs, but those that can take me several hours are now slightly more expensive - however still savings of up to 50% against PC World prices of the same services.
