Wolverhampton Road, Saturday

Does anyone here know why Wolverhampton road was closed for a while on Saturday afternoon. Spotted an accident on way out of town earlier but road was open then. Tried to get back into town about an hour later and traffic not moving at all. Were the two connected?

Don't know about the Saturday one, but I heard on Signal 1 that the A449 was partially closed between Argos Island and M6 Junction 13 on Sunday morning because of a bad accident .

At 10:30 it was open... At Argos roundabout someone had collided with a lampost with such force that it was leaning precariously over roundabout. Bloke in a cherry picker was taking it down so Rozzers partly closed roundabout - you could go straight on for A449 though.
