With most numbers of that type, the 'real' number can be obtained - try http://www.saynoto0870.com/ - and if you're using just the same few local stations, then it should be possible to maintain a list for, at least, most of them.Why don't they use a 'normal' 01785 or 01782 std number, my own theory is that a company receives some sort of bonus or pay back for having that 0800 number?
