no its a different developer on the land next to the failed Milwood scheme. incidently Milwood are challenging at high court level even though the land is not on the Stafford plan.
the councillors are Geoff Rowlands and Angela Loughlin, they worked very hard for residents previously.

Think the high court throw out the appeal or have on one developer as high court said local plan is legally sound. Court costs to be paid by developer

We need to build houses. We also need to build affordable and social housing. At least 300,000 a year. we also need protection for those that rent. We need a housing policy that works. May I suggest you ask your MP what's his view is!

I know somebody that voted Tory so that they'll let her buy her council flat at a special rate and also moans constantly that her children can't leave home because they can't get a place to live that they can afford.

The Milwood Land high court challenge to the neighbouring Ash Flats Fields is to go ahead on Tue 23 10.30 in Birmingham. They are challenging the inspectorates decision over their previous appeal. This is important with regard to the plan for Stafford which has already been challenged by Gladman Developments , they failed!
