Youths on Dirt Bikes, recent problem around Littleworth

Anyone else heard them / seen them? I noticed an article on complains made about it reported in the Express & Star.
I was out walking the other evening with the little one in the push chair near to the hospital. Someone came roaring around the corner on the footpath/track I was walking along & nearly wiped us both out. Of course he sped away before I had time to reach for my phone to photo / video the evidence. I was fuming though.

I have, and have had complaints raised from local residents too, and have passed information on to the local PCSO's. They attended our (second to last) residents forum and answered questions on this and a few other issues. They also said please pass on all information of dangerous driving/cycling to them.

The Newsletter have also had an online article about it and are looking for people to talk to.

I take it you mean scrambler motorbikes?

It's the parents you wonder about, they buy the kids these bikes and it's pretty obvious they can't use them legally on publicly owned land.

Also with the A&E not being 24-hour I wouldn't like to be doing anything that crazy myself.

Not just youths - there was a possible 30-year old riding around the Henry Street footpaths and ripping up the footy field at the back of Henry Street the other day on a dirt bike. He came from one of the garages at the end of Newton Road.

You seem to get nearly killed every time you go out, don't you?
