wuld be good to here the sort of things you would like on the viggie options, naturally we will have choices but always good to know what ppl would like if you dont mind :help:

Something more inspiring than the vegetable lasagne, vegetable curry, vegetable chilli, cheese & broccoli bake which is all that most places can manage. Please!

i have to admit i only know of this place fom our customers but it is nice to have a place were they can come and air there views as with me i wouldnt really go to a manger and offer my opinion so please all keep them coming good or maybe not so all weather good or bad theres always things that can be done :)
That is exactly the right attitude to have; something tells me you are going to do very well round here - both on the highstreet and The Forum. ;)

Sometimes, proprietors will come on Stafford Forum, see a few negative comments, and so dismiss everyone as 'moaning Minnies' or people whose opinions aren't worth hearing. However, exactly as you say, Stafford Forum gives people the opportunity to bring up things, both good and bad, that perhaps they wouldn't normally feel comfortable raising face to face with the Management. The fact you fully recognise this and are making such a great effort to engage with your clientèle can only mean great things! :D

How do I edit this?

I'd add to that, anything that's clearly not been cooked on the premises. Vegetarians eat the vegetarian option all the time, so when every last establishment has tomato and goat's cheese tarts, or leek & cheese crown/pithivier we know you're just buying them in from Brake's Brothers....

I popped into town this arvo and went for a pint in SAH on my way home. Well...I tried to but was informed by the 2 young ladies that they couldn't sell anything until a bank transfer had gone through.

What's the beef? :ohno:

Perhaps suggestions about what they should do, rather than what they shouldn't do might be more helpful. Any good veggie meals that they might replicate?..

There's a woman that turns up to the farmers market that does excellent veggie snacks, nice and different - I think marston pubs has a nice, slightly different, cauliflower cheese tart. Things like veggies wraps, veggie sausages for oatcakes - that kind of thing.

There used to be a guy doing rather nice veggie indian meals as well, is he still about? I remember last winter he made a great tomato and corriander soup.

Mission accomplished. Steak and ale pie, with mash and peas, but in a crockery bowl this time. And a lovely Old Empire, too.
