Thanks for getting back to me. I might try and slot in half a bar a day (say about 30gm) and see how it goes. I'm not a great consumer of chocolate. I enjoy the stuff but am very moderate in my consumption and tend to only have it 'neat' around Xmas, Easter and my birthday. (The bar I had for my birthday took me about a week to get through - around 4 squares a day.)Also your bmi seems to be in the normal range just by those figures.. So you could even get away with 2oz just fit it into your calories...
Anyway, it's all interesting stuff so please keep posting.
ETA - my BMI's a bit on the high side. If I lost a stone I'd be spot on. (Probably all those bacon sandwiches, eh HC?)
