Which is why I said I didn't necessarily believe it haha
It mentioned it was on the radio but if that was the case surely it would be widely known

Joined Pure Gym last week, from looking at what the offer is, it looks pretty decent, bonuses are that it roughly 500 yards from where I live....and I have to drive past it on my way home from this idiotic thing called "Work".

Hopefully with the help of the PT's I can lose the excess blubber and strengthen my core strength as I'm fed up with throwing my back out and looking like I've had and "Accident"

Good luck

Re the blubber - Have you tried the 5:2 diet

Even as a professional cynic I can actually recommend it........

I have considered it, and I have known people to have great results with it. Though I tend to get H'angry (rather annoyed when hungry) and given the distances I have to travel to work and utilise the M6 everyday, that may not be a good combo. Cutting out a lot of the crap I sometimes eat will help and more movement as well.

I'll give it a crack though. See how it goes?

By all means give it a try, lots of people I know like it. I tried it, I lost a small amount of weight. I also spent two days a week feeling tired, angry, sick & unable to think about anything but the food I wasn't allowed. In the end I decided being fat was preferable to a self imposed torture regimen. I'd say stick with the gym...

I think I'll stick to cutting a lot of crap out of my diet through the week. But as they say, "all in moderation" & the attraction of a Market Vaults Specials Burger is just too great.
