Ok, so I can't piggin spell! Or, use the keyboard to its full advantage.
My little sister went ballistic at me, ''what's wrong with them?!''
Then Shoes waded in and said they were sh!te or sumat like that, and my lads mate said sumat similar. It were only a bit of fun. And unfortunately, Pandoras box was opened.
Citroëns ARE horrible, we briefly had one, the peddals seemed off center & it was like driving side-saddle......

@Carole I had a Renault Megane - Reggie. (not the shaky bum type),Loved it but I had a few problems with him, eventually blew the engine and had scrap him, I have never liked the look of the Citroëns,
Bob, the Focus estate I have now, is in silver, as was Percy.
My mother in law, would never get in a car that was either green or red,

I once had a red Ford Cortina with pink spots.

Well I say spots they were actually pink blotches that had rotted the paint after a bottle of my mate's homebrew wine had exploded in the wine rack in my garage.

Why?

Was somebody impaled on a cocktail stick or gored by a Tibetan mountain hamster?

I think I better steer clear of Bednall if it's a hotbed of hideous murder!

:) Err no. It just reminded me of Midsomer Murders in that there's always a scene where it's a glorious summers day and the villagers are in attendance and it all looks idyllic and then you just know that anytime soon someone is going to cop for it.

As far as I'm aware Bednall isn't a hotbed of dangerous derring do's but I'm just off to touch wood just in case.

Fortunately theres a plenty of wood just outside the back door, the pile that I collected on Saturday from Whitelion. :)

I would love to get my hands on a MK3 Ford Cortina, in bright yellow, black vinyl roof and the louvre back window.

I've been a bit too ambitious today. Thought I was doing well and we had run out of food so thought I could manage a little walk. We taxied down to the pub and had lunch then walked around the corner to the lidl. It was a bit warm! I pointed at the bits I needed, the oh put it in his trolley, he packed and loaded/unloaded the taxi etc. I was a shaking mess when we got home, had to go lie down and stuff. Oops. I'm back to being good on the sofa again now.

Don't get doing too much too soon @Gadget

Had my nice big ( and spotlessly clean) green wheelie bin nicked from the top of the drive in the time it took me to put my shoes on after they had been.
Binmen say none had fallen into the back of the lorry , or been damaged down our road. So got to have one of those tiny replacement ones .
Whoever took it scarpered quick and soon got it out of sight, nowhere to be seen !

I've had a great week.

Quite apart from anything else i have, of course, been at my most awesome best. Which has not gone anywhere near unnoticed - big up to the Hednesford massive.

(They're from Hednesford, but to be quite honest they're not massively massive)

Also to my new-found friends in Stoke-on-Trent - yes, i enjoyed that at least as much as you did.

Also this week i caught a Mole!

Saw the blighter tunnelling near to the surface and pounced - unearthed it clawing along its escape route, grabbed it by the tail before Tora! Tora! Tora!, flipped the serial offender into the light of a bright blue day. - it ¡SCREAMED! as i tossed the fecker onto the mainland, it wriggled & jiggled whilst making a run for it - grabbed the expletive deleted by the tail and held it aloft in triumph!

I caught a Mole! This is 'bucket list' kind of shit for me.

Also had the honour of being part of a quite glorious performance by @Goldilox of this Parish along the way

I have had something of a long week, and now it is my weekend, albeit on a Monday.

I had food poisoning at the weekend, by my own hand, so that was fun, thought I was over it yesterday and went for a run, well that joke is written for you all.
