Walked past and is looking good with signage up. The one in southwater is lovely so hoping this place is a hit with Stafford.

I'll let you know, i'm going to the opening night dontyouknow.

If it's the same as the rest, it'll be great and a HUGE hit with the Staffordians.

don't mention the blinds
It's actually difficult

Your milk is likely foreign
Your meat almost certainly
The wine you'd hope was
The eggs unlikely from this country

Speaking in general terms

May I politely point out Mr Farage, that meat, milk, wine and eggs know nothing of boundaries.....

I don't think that's fair. The success of places like No 7, Vaults and The Swan testify to that.

That is the problem they'll find, the few quality establishments have pretty much got the market. New ventures will find it difficult to crack and may end up empty or redefining their parameters locally to cater for the 'two for a tenner' majority.

I ♥ cryptic crosswords
Fat people eat out or have take aways multiple times in one week

These are the market drivers

Thin people eat out less but have a higher spend on their meals

The one in Newcastle seems to do very well. It's something different from what's on offer, has nothing like a wetherspoons or hungry horse vibe, more modern than soup kitchen and more relaxed than the swan for example. I think it will be a huge hit. It would be our go-to for lunch in town I think.
