Maybe notThe lounge was built on the site of the brewery.
Possibly this alley that still exists?Maybe not
The Dray Yard buildings were accessed through an alleyway in Victoria Terrace adjacent to
No. 67. When the brewery closed the buildings were converted into 9 garages in an “L”
shape around the yard. The 6 adjacent house along Sandon Road were owned by Bank’s
Brewery and sold to a private buyer.

I've always believed that the brewery was the large building after the row of houses, with the courtyard accessed from Victoria Terrace - where the E in Terrace is.
As stated in @industryarch's post above, the brewery was accessed from a passageway off Victoria Terrace, adjacent to No 67 - I couldn't see the house numbers on the Street View that I posted of the existing alleyway that leads to that building, I'll have a proper look next time I'm going past, if @PeterD isn't passing there with the dog before I get there..?That actually looks a possible.
It would explain the lane running past the pub to the building
