Costa manages , so do Starbucks , even Greggs with multiple units within walking distance , so I don't see a massive issue with 3 McDonald's. They're all targeting fairly different areas of town anyway, n each can sustain its own audience.
.
Local councils are quick to fine landlords and home owners who let properties become a mess.
What about inconsiderate business landlords.
I know for a fact that once the new one opens, any family Saturday lunchtime trips to the eccleshall road site will stop. Cramped, hard sometimes to get a parking space/table....Eccleshall Rd/Bristol Street is a 24hr one, Im sure it wont effect their custom.
Ain't nobody got time for that.(because I'm not going into Cafe Nero if I can help it)

Nothing wrong with Cafe Nero.Ain't nobody got time for that.
I noticed that old derelict house yesterday - they've done a really good job on it. Lovely house, but in an awful position.Unusually, I agree with everything you say, Gareth. Someone has spent a lot of money on what was a derelict house next door, yet the council leave two buildings looking like they've been visited by the Luftwaffe.

I've been in Stafford's Caffè Nero once - I was appalled by the level of noise from the machinery, it was like being in an industrial boilerhouse.Nothing wrong with Cafe Nero.
I like it. My favourite place for coffee and meetings in town. Shame I can't spell it though...I've been in Stafford's Caffè Nero once - I was appalled by the level of noise from the machinery, it was like being in an industrial boilerhouse.
It also has the 'disadvantage' for someone with the remains of his pidgin Greek still in his head, that it "translates" as "watery coffee"...I like it. My favourite place for coffee and meetings in town. Shame I can't spell it though...
I always assumed it was 'black coffee' and the pigeons just provided the toppingIt also has the 'disadvantage' for someone with the remains of his pidgin Greek still in his head, that it "translates" as "watery coffee"...
